"My music has no boundries"  Soulchild -Tanice

Singer-Songwriter, Educator, and Literacy Advocate, Tanice  Morrison—known to her

global fan-base as Soulchild-Tanice—is a powerhouse voice and a respected

mainstay in the music industry. With a career spanning over a decade, a studio album

and a trail of critical accolades,  has spent years mesmerizing audiences

worldwide with her stunning vocal range and relentless work ethic.

ABOUT

100% Jamaican, born and bred, Tanice was born in Kingston and raised in

St. Ann—the legendary parish that birth global reggae icon Bob Marley.

Her musical DNA was activated early by her mother, an aspiring singer, and shaped

by timeless vocal icons like Marcia Griffiths, Garnett Silk, J.C Lodge

Whitney Houston, and Aretha Franklin.

Soulchild-Tanice truly discovered the world-changing power of her own voice

in high school when a spontaneous performance of a Whitney Houston song ignited

her lifelong calling to music.

Her exceptional raw talent quickly caught the ear of the legendary Clement Dodd

at the historic Studio One records in Kingston, leading to her first official release,

"Old Hurt". Since then, she has navigated the industry with bold independence,

earning global respect by consistently creating uplifting, soulful music.

Believing firmly that nothing happens by chance, the Singer successfully married her

love for music with a dedicated career in education, becoming a strong advocate for

global literacy. This balance kept her grounded through life's trials and fueled her

resilience. Her dedication shone brightly through music milestones like her 2024 collaborative inspirational hit singe, "Give Praises," and her

soulful, globally streamed cover of Jimmy Cliff's "Sitting in Limbo".

Now, as Soulchild-Tanice, she exudes a rare grace and wisdom far beyond her years.

Charting a new path rooted deeply in her newfound faith, spiritual awakening,

and a deep love for God and a life dedicated to Christ, she is channeling her seasoned

artistry directly into the ministry of gospel reggae and world worship music.

Fusing authentic, Jamaican contemporary reggae rhythms with a deep message of

of God's love for all, her music breaks past traditional boundaries to heal, inspire,

and unite believers locally and globally.
